During the construction phase, we can undertake regular site inspections and provide ongoing advice to monitor standards, support the Principal Contractor and promote a safe working environment. At project completion, we compile and deliver the Health and Safety File, providing a structured and user-friendly record of key safety information to assist with the safe occupation, maintenance and future alteration of the building.
