Production and coordination of Pre-Construction Information to support effective communication of project risks, existing site hazards, and relevant health and safety information prior to works commencing.

Health & Safety Files

Preparation and compilation of Health & Safety Files in accordance with CDM requirements, ensuring relevant information is accurately recorded and provided for the ongoing maintenance, use, and future works associated with the structure.

General CDM & Compliance Consultancy

Providing ongoing CDM advisory services and health & safety guidance to support clients, designers, and contractors in fulfilling their statutory duties. This includes assistance with compliance management, duty holder responsibilities, project coordination, and practical health & safety advice throughout the project lifecycle.
